I will not be writing a novel. I hate developing characters and I am no good at dialogue.

Me neither. You see, the great thing about modern novel-writing, breaking the boundaries of the form, is that conventional ideas of character, dialogue and plot development often go out of the window.
Not always a good thing. But sometimes.
